Service Description
The Introduction to ICD 705 is a comprehensive course covering all the basics of secure facility design and construction. The curriculum will focus on teaching students how to manage projects from concept to de-accreditation. Course Objectives 1. Students will learn to track a secure facility project from concept to completion, based upon collaborative AO/CTTA integration and understanding 2. Students will learn to identify and complete all necessary documentation for SCIF/SAPF planning, design, accreditation, operation, and de-accreditation 3. Students will learn to differentiate construction requirements for several types of secure environments and design/construction considerations for each 4. Students will be able to identify threat, risk and vulnerability concerns for secure facilities and better understand policy requirement mitigations in addressing those 5. Students will understand basic ICD 705 construction design considerations for secure facility contexts and how to collaborate with customers and stakeholders to satisfy requirements for eventual accreditation 6. Students will learn a number of requirements and responsibilities for ICD 705 related construction management, site security, and other roles Course Schedule Day 1: Overview of ICD 705 Policy and SCIF Planning Day 2: Threat Assessments and Requirements Day 3: SCIF Design and Construction Day 4: Accreditation and Operations Day 5: De-accreditation and Beyond

Cancellation Policy
Refunds are only permitted 14 days prior to the course start date. If any attendee requests a refund within 14 days of the course, a credit will be issued for 365 days to be used for another course. If the credit is not used by the 366th day, it will be surrendered. SPG is not liable for any costs or expenses due to travel, lodging or meals. Any attendee who registers and does not meet the requirements for registration will not receive a refund.
